Element 1.11.5 is a maintenance update with bug fixes for the following:
• There was a bug where a notification inviting you to chat would sometimes be silently dropped.
• Editing a message that ends with an emoji now works as expected.
• Jitsi calls respond accordingly when removed from a room or ended by the moderator.

This version of Element removes some features that were causing issues with encrypted messages:
• Element no longer appears in the iOS Share sheet. You can still share your photos, videos and files within the app.
• Long pressing on a notification won’t show a reply field. Reply by tapping the notification to open the app.
• Asking Siri to send a message is not possible any more. Siri is available from the keyboard within the app however.
On a more exciting note, Device Dehydration v2 is now available to homeservers using this feature and bug fixes are included for opening newer rooms versions and signing in with SSO.

Hot on the heels of 1.8.24, the latest release of Element is now available for the whole world to use. This version is crammed full of bug fixes to make your experience on Matrix much more enjoyable:
• In-app notifications will now be added to Notification Centre instead of silently disappearing into the ether after the banner slides away.
• It is once again possible to browse a public room directory on another server when your own homeserver doesn’t provide its own directory.
• When sharing your photos from other apps, each image is now sent once and only once.
• Some specific Spaces were causing the app to crash, this has been fixed.

Look what’s just landed, Element 1.8.13 is now available and ready for your enjoyment! If you like to see who’s currently online then the Presence updates are just the thing for you:
• Presence indicators: We’ve added new indicators throughout your DMs so you can quickly see if someone is online or away. (Depends on support from your homeserver).
• Bug fixes: Some pesky bugs have been fixed such as the home screen jumping around when you launch the app.
• This will be our last release to support iOS 12 & 13.

Hot on the heels of version 1.7, here comes Element 1.8.1 chock full of new features that quite frankly, we're rather excited to use ourselves! Here’s a selection of the biggest additions:
• Threads: Now available in Labs, threads help you to cut out the noise in busy rooms.
• Emoji Reactions: You asked, we heard. We’ve updated our reactions with all those missing emoji.
• Landing Screen: We’ve given the first screen for new users a fresh coat of paint.
• Location sharing: Now enabled by default for all users.
On top of all of this, some of the most annoying bugs have been fixed; such as that one where rooms weren’t scrolling all the way to the bottom and that other one where the home screen wasn’t always sorted correctly.
